6 Simple Steps To Increase Your Productivity : Pomodoro Technique

Pomodoro means tomato in Italian. The Pomodoro technique is a time management based productivity technique that uses set  time intervals for scheduling work and five-minute breaks afterwards as reward. T his method was  developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s  & it derived its name from the tomato shaped kitchen timer which he had used. Below are 6 simple steps used in this method which will help increase your daily productivty & focus : 1. Make a list of most important tasks you want to be done. 2. Set the timer to 25 minutes ( you can vary the time based on your focusing capacity like 15 minutes also). 3. Focus on the task by working non stop & switch off all distractions. If due to any urgent reason you are distracted then you will have to stop the timer & restart it all over again. 4.
